Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues with Vodafone products and services.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Continuously stay updated on Vodafone's products and services to provide informed assistance.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
  • Multilingual skills may be an advantage (depending on location).
Experience
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
