Responsibilities
  1. Manage the overall operations of the branch, including customer service, sales, and administrative functions.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets for deposits, loans, and profitability.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of branch staff, including tellers, customer service representatives, and loan officers.
  4. Provide guidance and training to staff to enhance their product knowledge and customer service skills.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster loyalty and trust.
  6. Monitor branch performance and prepare reports for senior management.
  7. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  8. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  9. Collaborate with other branches and departments to promote cross-selling of banking products and services.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  3. Knowledge of banking operations, products, and services.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
  8. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience
  • Bachelor's degree: 5+ years in banking, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Master's degree: 3+ years in banking, including 1+ years in a supervisory role.
