As a Bank Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our branches, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving branch targets. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our financial products and services, while also managing a team of dedicated banking professionals.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including cash handling, customer service, and compliance with banking regulations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets for customer acquisition, deposits, loans, and other financial products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their banking needs and resolving any issues.
- Promote and cross-sell SBI's range of banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines to mitigate risks and maintain the branch's integrity.
- Prepare and analyze branch performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Collaborate with other branch managers and regional leadership to achieve organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in banking, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards.
