As a Bank Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our branches, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving branch targets. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our financial products and services, while also managing a team of dedicated banking professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including cash handling, customer service, and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets for customer acquisition, deposits, loans, and other financial products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their banking needs and resolving any issues.
  • Promote and cross-sell SBI's range of banking products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines to mitigate risks and maintain the branch's integrity.
  • Prepare and analyze branch performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with other branch managers and regional leadership to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in banking, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and report preparation.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of banking experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
