Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager will be responsible for the effective management of our property portfolio, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing the value of our assets.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SEGRO properties, including day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and lease administration.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and all relevant regulations and codes.
- Collaborate with leasing and development teams to identify opportunities for property enhancement and value creation.
- Develop and implement property budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures.
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities, including vendor selection and contract management.
- Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify and address issues promptly.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and inquiries effectively.
- Negotiate lease renewals, extensions, and new leases, maximizing rental income.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity to make informed property management decisions.
- Drive sustainability initiatives within the property portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in logistics or industrial real estate.
- Knowledge of property management software and financial analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, property laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive tenant relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field: 4-6 years
- Commercial property management: 5 years
- Lease negotiation and administration: 3 years
- Budgeting and financial reporting: 3 years
