Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize aircraft propulsion systems.
  2. Conduct performance analysis, testing, and simulations to improve engine efficiency.
  3. Participate in the development of advanced materials and manufacturing processes.
  4. Solve complex engineering problems related to aerodynamics, thermodynamics, and structural integrity.
  5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  6. Contribute to research and development projects to enhance Rolls-Royce's technology portfolio.
  7. Provide technical support to customers and assist in troubleshooting issues.
  8. Document and communicate engineering findings and recommendations effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
  • Strong academic background with a focus on propulsion, aerodynamics, or gas turbine engines.
  • Knowledge of aerospace design tools and software (e.g., CAD, CFD, FEA).
  • Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA) and quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience
  • Entry-Level: Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Mid-Level: 2-5 years of relevant experience in aerospace engineering.
  • Senior-Level: 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in aircraft propulsion.
Skills
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as CATIA, ANSYS, and MATLAB.
  • Knowledge of gas turbine engine components and systems.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
