Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business units and senior management in making informed decisions.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives, investment decisions, and long-term planning.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards to management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and contribute to strategic planning efforts.
- Risk Assessment: Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
- Experience in a multinational corporation or a similar industry is a plus.
