Responsibilities

  3. Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of banking accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Cross-Selling: Promote and cross-sell a variety of banking products, including loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment options.
  5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies and procedures.
  6. Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, financial markets, and banking products to provide informed advice.
  8. Documentation: Accurately maintain customer records and complete necessary paperwork for various banking transactions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of banking and financial products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial services.

  • Previous experience in customer relationship management preferred.

  • Knowledge of banking software and CRM systems.
