Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning.
- Assist in the development of financial strategies and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Knowledge of banking and financial industry regulations is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment is preferred.
- Previous experience with risk assessment and financial modeling is an advantage.
