Responsibilities
  1. Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and variances.
  2. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  3. Conduct in-depth financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning.
  4. Assist in the development of financial strategies and recommendations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of various business units.
  7. Conduct market research and industry analysis to support investment decisions.
  8. Assist in risk assessment and management by identifying potential financial risks.
  9. Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  10. Continuously improve financial processes and reporting methodologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Knowledge of banking and financial industry regulations is a plus.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
  • Experience in a banking or financial services environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience with risk assessment and financial modeling is an advantage.
