Responsibilities
- Production Management: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facilities, ensuring smooth production processes, quality control, and adherence to production schedules.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet production targets while optimizing costs.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high product standards and compliance with industry regulations.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular safety audits, and complying with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, minimize wastage, and ensure timely procurement of raw materials and supplies.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing coaching and mentoring to develop skills and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in operations management.
- Previous experience in a leadership role overseeing manufacturing operations is highly desirable.
