Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement solutions to drive operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and support a team of employees, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance their performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination across various departments.
  • Oversee inventory management, supply chain, and logistics to optimize product availability and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate operational performance and improvements to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, supply chain management, and process optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and software.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in operations management, with a track record of delivering results and improving operational efficiency.
