Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the company, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.

- Oversee inventory management, supply chain, and logistics to optimize product availability and delivery timelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate operational performance and improvements to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of business operations, supply chain management, and process optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and software.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in operations management, with a track record of delivering results and improving operational efficiency.
