Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle billing inquiries, payment processing, and account management tasks.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Educate customers on Alinta Gas products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, policies, and regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the use of customer service software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Experience
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the utility or energy industry is a plus.
